52 Days. Day 12, Seeing Reality.

Nehemiah 2:13 (NKJV) “And I went out by night through the Valley Gate to the Serpent Well and the Refuse Gate, and viewed the walls of Jerusalem which were broken down and its gates which were burned with fire.”  Nehemiah does not look at the situation through a false illusion. He knows it’s really bad.  Many times we can tend to want to deny the reality of the painful truths that are affecting us and our families.  The situation that Nehemiah saw was the result of their choice to sin against God.  Don’t live in denial.  Be totally honest about the painful truths that are affecting you and be courageous enough to face them with godly boldness.
