52 Days. Day 32, Overcoming Doubt.

Nehemiah 4:2 (NKJV) “And he spoke before his brethren and the army of Samaria, and said, “What are these feeble Jews doing? Will they fortify themselves? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they complete it in a day? Will they revive the stones from the heaps of rubbish--[stones] that are burned?” The enemy has always come against people of promise with doubt. We read it over and over how he’s a master of stealing the seeds of hope by putting doubt into our minds, “Did God say…” “If you are…” And here we witness the enemy’s full blown seed stealing storm as he unleashes question after question to completely dismay any sign or sort of hope, “What are these…” “Will they…” Spiritual things have always been about the seed.  The parable that Jesus told related how the sower went out to sow the seed (the Word of God) on different soils (condition of hearts).  Birds (devil) came to steal the seed and devour it. And depending on the condition of the heart, depended on whether the seed took root or not. Has the enemy been stealing the Word that God gave you, through doubt? Are the things of life choking out the seed of hope?  Refocus and realign your faith, and reconnect to doubtless faith by having faithful patience that the seed that God put in you will produce a great harvest.
